Real Estate Professional - Inspection and Property Management

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate professional to join our team as an Routine Inspections Officer. This is a financially rewarding role that offers the opportunity to build a career in Real Estate, working closely with our Senior Property Manager.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting detailed routine inspections of properties
  • Assisting with property viewings
  • Supporting maintenance requests

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • A current and valid driving license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work well in a small office/team environment
  • A great sense of humor
  • The capacity to work autonomously

In return for your skills and experience, we offer:

- A competitive salary of $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- An 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

- The opportunity to develop your career in a supportive team environment

Requirements include:

  • 1 year's experience in property management (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license
  • A QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Australian Work Authorisation

This is a full-time, permanent role located in person.
