About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead a critical Exchange migration project. As a hands-on Solution Architect / Systems Engineer, you'll work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to migrate On-Prem Exchange to Cloud, with the goal of decommissioning the on-prem environment.
  • Design and implement secure login capabilities and SMTP relay connections for the cloud environment.
  • Integrate Proofpoint into the cloud environment, ensuring secure and compliant email delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Exchange, SMTP, and Proofpoint integration.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem and Cloud) environments.
  • A strong background as a Solution Architect and/or Systems Engineer in enterprise settings.
  • Familiarity with SMTP relay configuration and Exchange authentication mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with Proofpoint integration in cloud-based email systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Prior experience working in healthcare or government environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and project documentation standards.
