Strategic Talent Development Leader

As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead and deliver human capital company strategy and initiatives. Your role will involve providing professional advice to people leaders within the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with businesses in a strategic HR capacity, giving advice and leading engagement projects. They will also possess strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to maintain working relationships at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing talent development strategies across the network;
  • Leading and delivering human capital company strategy and initiatives;
  • Providing professional advice to people leaders within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience within retail or hospitality environments, with a relevant tertiary qualification or relevant experience. They will also be able to collate and analyse data in order to construct logical and sound rationale to issues and solutions.
