Job Title:

The Data and Compliance Coordinator role is a vital position ensuring the accurate and timely submission of key hospital data to external agencies.

This full-time permanent position supports compliance, optimises revenue assurance, and contributes to overall data quality across all hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate data submissions
  • Drive education and reduce data entry errors
  • Contribute to health fund audit responses and reconciliation processes
  • Support revenue assurance initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need:

  • An understanding of healthcare datasets (e.g., HCP, ANSNAP, PHDB, AROC and cancer registries)
  • Strong communication skills for working closely with clinical, administrative and finance teams
  • A commitment to accuracy in data handling, submission and reconciliation

Additionally, you will have a strong background in private/public hospitals and healthcare funding systems, preferably with a degree in health administration, health information management, nursing or another health-related discipline.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, as well as independence in judgment and action.
