Business Data Quality Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of data within our systems, supporting business units to maintain accurate records and contributing to the development of reporting products.
- Evaluate and improve data quality in our case management system (CRM)
- Develop and maintain guidance materials and training content to support consistent record-keeping
- Provide feedback and recommendations to business areas on data quality issues and support the resolution of problems
Facilitate workshops and drop-in sessions to help teams understand data requirements and improve data capture practices. Collaborate with reporting analysts to ensure CRM data is fit-for-purpose for both internal and external reporting.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure our systems capture the necessary data for reporting, and escalate issues or enhancement requests as needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a relevant tertiary qualification in business, information management, data analytics or a related field.
Your experience in conducting data quality reviews, providing guidance on record-keeping practices and using Microsoft CRM and tools such as Excel, Power BI and SQL will be essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues are crucial.
