Transformation Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to drive business change, simplify corporate idea intake, and enable strategic decision-making through structured roadmapping and prioritisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead business transformation - Identify, prioritise, and execute initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Enable innovation - Develop and implement an intake and assessment process that turns ideas into structured business cases.
  • Drive change management - Establish a framework for managing change, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders - Work closely with executives, technical teams, and external partners to align transformation efforts with strategic goals.
  • Support corporate planning - Align business transformation efforts with long-term organisational priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading business transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor teams.
  • Experience in product roadmapping, project prioritisation, and managing the intake of corporate ideas.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in business transformation and leveraging technology for business improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
