Lead Hospitality Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the daily operations of a busy hospitality venue, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  1. Oversee the management of staff, including training, motivation, and performance monitoring to achieve sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maintain a positive work environment, foster a culture of excellence, and promote outstanding customer service.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards through effective opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills, passion for hospitality management, and knowledge of WH&S principles.
  • Competent computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications such as RSA, RSG, and RMLV Certificates.
