About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Tamworth Brisbane Street. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
- Put safety first with everything you do

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- 2023 Influenza (Flu) vaccination
