Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Childcare Educator to join our team at our centre in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing engaging early childhood programs that meet the unique needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality early childhood programs that align with the National Quality Standards
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with senior educators and educational leaders to achieve centre goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
