About the Role:



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Education Leader to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our school.



Main Responsibilities:




  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and student well-being
  • Identify and address the diverse needs of students, staff, and the broader school community
  • Develop and implement effective pedagogical strategies to drive student learning and achievement
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures


Requirements:




  • Current NESA registration and a strong understanding of pedagogy in a K-6 context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and the wider community
  • Experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success in educational settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a focus on student outcomes and school improvement
