Head Host

We're searching for an experienced Head Host to join our Sydney-based hospitality group. Our goal is to deliver outstanding service by ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for throughout their dining experience.

About The Venue

Our opulent steak house in Sydney's CBD offers fine dining with a touch of indulgence. We provide an intimate haven of plush furnishings and quiet corners, perfect for guests to unwind and enjoy a memorable evening.

About The Role

As a host, you will be responsible for welcoming our guests and delivering a seamless transition through all areas of the venue. You will achieve this through accurate table management, effective communication skills, and building strong relationships with both guests and the team.

You will set the tone for the guests' interaction with the venue and create lasting impressions. This must be warm, welcoming, and hospitable, engaging with people's needs and expectations and communicating these to ensure they are met.

Prior experience in a high-end venue is essential, and previous use of our systems would also be beneficial. This will be a full-time position.
