Job Opportunity: Packaging Machine Operator

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in the City of Brisbane as Packaging Machine Operators. This part-time position requires up to six months of on-the-job training before moving to a weekend roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product and ensuring high-quality output
  • Conduct flavour testing, guaranteeing accurate flavour delivery
  • Perform advanced centre-lining, equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and monitoring
  • Prepare and complete quality checks, documenting results accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment through regular cleaning and housekeeping tasks
Requirements
  • Prior experience with machine operation in a food manufacturing environment
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment functionality
  • Familiarity with HACCP and GMP principles, ensuring compliance and quality standards
  • A safety-conscious mindset, prioritizing personal and team safety
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration
