Pilates Reformer Instructor Position

Our studio is dedicated to promoting health and wellness, with a loyal client base of over 600 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging and effective Pilates Reformer classes for individuals and groups.
  • Assess clients' fitness levels and create tailored workout plans that cater to their needs.
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and maintain a clean and organized studio space.
  • Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate varying skill levels in each class.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering a sense of community and motivation.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pilates techniques and practices to enhance teaching style.

Qualifications:

  • Completed a recognized Pilates instructor training program focusing on reformer instruction.
  • Previous teaching experience in Pilates is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the principles of movement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate about health and wellness, wanting to inspire and motivate others.
