Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Food Safety & Compliance Professional to support our team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with food safety training and assisting with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct food safety induction training for new employees.
  • Organize annual food safety refresher training for all staff.
  • Assist colleagues with on-the-job training to ensure processes are followed and documented as required.
  • Provide guidance, support, and hands-on training to develop skills and confidence in the team to effectively manage food safety risks.
  • Investigate, report, and analyze customer complaints, including food poisoning allegations and other safety incidents.
Requirements:
  • Previous training experience and demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications in Food Science or a related field.
  • Food Safety Auditing (Internal and External) certification.
  • HACCP qualification.
