As a key member of our Self-Managed-Super-Fund team in Geelong, you will play a vital role in supporting the team manager and partner by completing various compliance and administrative tasks.

About The Role
  • Provide support and complete both compliance and administrative tasks, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist in compiling tax returns & financial statements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including file maintenance, client records, and data entry.
  • Support senior managers and partners in the SMSF team.
  • Prepare and check reports; prepare client service agreements, client invoicing.
  • Ensure timely completion of all client-related tasks, meeting internal and external service standards.
  • File creation, database entry, and management.
Key Requirements
  • Administration experience with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Competency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks.
  • A genuine team player, with a friendly and helpful attitude.
