Account Manager

This is a dynamic, client-centric role where every day presents new challenges. As an Account Manager in our Schools Division, you'll work closely with both clients and educators to ensure the right person is in the right classroom at the right time.

You'll be responsible for managing a desk covering the Geelong region, supporting a range of schools with their casual staffing needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with school leaders and educators to understand needs and provide timely support
  • Coordinating rosters and managing bookings
  • Maintaining accurate data for reporting and compliance purposes
  • Visiting schools to build relationships and deepen connections
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive team

Requirements:
