Job Overview

This role is a fast-paced, client-focused position where every day presents new challenges. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing both clients and educators to ensure the right person is in the right classroom at the right time.

You will manage a portfolio of schools in the Geelong region, supporting their casual staffing needs and working closely with a pool of dedicated educators. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with school leaders and educators to understand their needs and provide timely support, coordinating rosters and managing bookings, maintaining accurate data for reporting and compliance, visiting schools to build trust and deepen connections, and collaborating with a supportive team.
