The successful candidate will assist in providing strategic and operational leadership for disability day programs and residential houses, identifying and implementing initiatives to position DPV Health as an industry leader in high-quality, competitive, innovative, sustainable disability programs.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading Team Leaders and House supervisors to operationalise strategic objectives of NDIS Disability Centre-Based and Supported Independent Living services
  2. Capitalising on opportunities for service expansion in line with Strategic Objectives and the DPV Health Service Plan
  3. Identifying, assessing and implementing new service streams for Disability Services

 

Desirable skills and experience include demonstrated experience working with NDIS funded disability services, qualifications in Leadership, Disability, Health or Human Services, and strong understanding of consumer-driven funding models.

 

About This Role

This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for disability day programs and residential houses. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a background in disability services. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working with NDIS funded disability services
  • Qualifications in Leadership, Disability, Health or Human Services
  • Strong understanding of consumer-driven funding models
