Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Assistant to join our Food and Beverage team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

The role involves serving customers, cleaning and resetting tables, and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout all service periods. Applicants should have a background in customer service and evidence of their ability to handle cash and operate a point of sale system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons;">
  • Serving, cleaning and resetting tables as required;">
  • Proficiently operating the point of sale system and handling cash transactions;">
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace;">
  • Working effectively in a team environment and communicating with colleagues as needed;">
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures as directed by management.">

Requirements include:

- Proficient English language skills;

- Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends;

- Reliable and trustworthy cash handling skills;

- Evidence of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification;

- Availability for night shifts and weekends.
