Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen relationships with commercial asset finance brokers across your designated state or territory.
  • Implement strategies to maximise lending volume within the broker portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify and onboard high-potential brokers.
  • Manage deal pipelines to ensure smooth transactions.

 

About You:
  • 1+ years' experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial asset finance, particularly within the broker channel.
  • Proven ability to manage broker relationships and drive lending volume.
Requirements:
  • Broker relationship management.
  • Sales and business development.
  • Negotiation & stakeholder engagement.
  • Market analysis.
