About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate early childhood education professional to lead a centre with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in centre management, with expertise in areas such as staff development, curriculum planning, and community engagement.
You will be responsible for leading a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational programs, and fostering positive relationships with families and the local community.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-quality teaching practices
- Develop and implement centre-wide strategies to improve educational outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the centre
- A relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- Proven experience in centre management, with a focus on staff development, curriculum planning, and community engagement
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external partners to achieve common goals
- Current working knowledge of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
