Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Property Manager plays a vital role in the success of our communities. Their responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and securing rental payments
  • Scanning daily bank deposits and verifying their accuracy
  • Assisting in leasing duties, including showing apartments and preparing leases via E-signature if applicable
  • Preparing accurate and complete reports in a timely manner
  • Handling or assisting in the receiving, recording, preparation, and follow-up of work orders to facilitate residents' service requests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent mathematical skills (high school level)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Outlook, and internet
