Towing Service Manager Role Summary

Western General Bodyworks is one of the nation's largest independent collision repair companies. We are a rapidly expanding smash repair, towing, and hire car service with a growing number of fixed repair centers in various states.

About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and managing the towing team to ensure productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Liaising with insurance companies, external stakeholders, and tow truck drivers.
  • Coordinating ad-hoc administration duties, such as assisting with invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing automotive services or towing operations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Leadership skills, including staff development and motivation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
