**Job Overview:**

This role involves coordinating the deployment of tow trucks to meet customer timeframes, managing invoices and communicating with insurance companies and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate the deployment of tow trucks in accordance with customer requirements
- Manage invoicing and ensure timely payment
- Liaise with insurance companies, outside stakeholders and tow truck drivers
- Develop strong relationships with our team members and customers
- Communicate effectively with drivers to resolve transport issues as they arise
- Provide general office administration and support
- Assist with ad-hoc administration duties
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team

**Requirements:**

- 4 years experience in administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
- High motivation and a positive attitude

**Work Arrangements:**

- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Ability to commute or relocate to Airport West, VIC 3042
