Tow Bar Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tow Bar Installer to fill this role. In this position, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining tow bars on various vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers have safe and reliable towing setups.
Key Responsibilities:- Install tow bars and related accessories on diverse vehicle models.
- Conduct quality checks to guarantee installations meet safety standards.
- Perform pre-installation assessments to verify correct fitting and compatibility.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with tow bar systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining installation processes and addressing customer questions.
- Ensure all installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Proven experience in tow bar installation or similar mechanical work.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems for wiring to the tow bar.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Own tools and transportation (preferable).
- Ability to work with various vehicle types, including cars, vans, and SUVs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Previous experience as an auto technician or mechanic is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and towing systems and be motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
