Experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst Required

A seasoned professional is sought to lead an ERP transformation program focusing on the Payroll stream of SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with large-scale HR and Payroll migration projects, a deep understanding of service delivery, and be goal-oriented.
The chosen candidate will gather payroll system requirements from stakeholders, analyze and document business processes, identify automation opportunities, design time and leave workflows ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, collaborate with technical teams on data migration and system integration, validate system designs, configurations, and identify gaps or risks, support testing, deployment, and issue resolution, and provide training and documentation for users.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess at least 10 years of SAP experience, especially in time and leave processes, experience with HR/Payroll operations and system integrations, proven ability to work with stakeholders to deliver user-centric system designs, strong communication and documentation skills, and be organized, goal-driven, and emotionally intelligent.
Required Skills:
- Gathering and defining payroll system requirements with stakeholders.
- Analyzing and documenting payroll business processes, identifying automation opportunities.
- Designing time and leave workflows ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
- Collaborating with technical teams on data migration and system integration.
