Renewable Energy Support Specialist

This role offers a full-time permanent opportunity to grow in a collaborative working environment.
- Deliver call centre customer service support and manage documentation and data from solar installations.
- Provide after-sales customer services and field technician support related to residential solar installations.
- Administer Solar installations, REPS installations and submissions, as well as commercial Solar assessments and product details.
- Generate reports on systems, customers, warranties and inbound calls, resolving warranty issues on solar systems and scheduling site visits with field technicians.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Strong time management and ability to work autonomously are required.
- Excellent office administration skills with attention to detail are necessary.
- An enthusiasm for continuous improvement and problem-solving is crucial.
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM system experience are preferred.
- Prior knowledge and experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy and/or trade-based activities (electrical) is desirable.
