Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services to young people and their families as part of our multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support children's development while educating their families on psychoeducation techniques.
  • Carry out assessments for developmental, physical, academic, and occupational needs, including functional capacity assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Collaborate with us to develop discipline-specific resources, templates, and planning future services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA or an approved body.
  • A valid driver's license (access to a car preferred).
  • Energetic passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
  • Proficiency in using computers for documentation and communication with parents and services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the team, children, families, and stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, willing to attend training and further study to support personal and team growth.
