In Australia and New Zealand, we have 6 factories, producing a range of popular brands including Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oreo, Toblerone, Philadelphia, belVita, Pascall, The Natural Confectionery Company, Sour Patch Kids, and Ritz.

Your Role

You will independently operate and maintain at least one process or equipment system, adhering to autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. Your technical skills will be utilized to improve line and/or system performance, meeting business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment, adhering to safety protocols and quality assurance activities.
  • Execute standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards).
  • Contribute to shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
Requirements
  • Machine operations experience, particularly with TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools.
  • Familiarity with safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and fluency in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse work environment.
  • Prior knowledge of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies is a distinct advantage.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This is a temporary (fixed-term) position, ideal for those looking to drive their future and accelerate their career in the manufacturing sector.
