Senior Funding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Grants Advisor to support the implementation of a successful funding strategy.
About the RoleThis position provides expertise and guidance to our research community and Senior Executives on category 1 matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Associate Deans Research and Industry Engagement to develop targeted strategies and initiatives.
- Provide advice and reporting, as well as flexible and efficient client services.
- Be the university contact for funding agencies, especially the Australian Research Council.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- A relevant postgraduate degree, extensive professional experience or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and/or experience in research administration.
- Demonstrated track record in working with researchers to develop successful schemes.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with a range of competitive grant schemes.
