Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at HealthcareLink as a Community Physiotherapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treating Clients in Their Homes
    • Assess and treat clients with a variety of conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, reconditioning, and rehabilitation.
    • Provide personable, high-quality, affordable care to clients in the comfort and convenience of their own space.
  • Providing Collaborative Care
    • Treat injuries, reduce pain, and provide falls and balance training.
    • Provide Collaborative Falls Management Intervention, including exercise programs.
  • Assessing and Treating Health Conditions
    • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders.
    • Provide rehabilitation programs to clients using evidence-based practice.

    Requirements
    • Qualifications and Experience
      • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
      • Current Full AHPRA registration.
      • Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Valid driver's license.
      • Police Check and NDIS Workers Check.
      • Level 2 First Aid.
      • Professional indemnity insurance.
      • Flu vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination.
