Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Architect to lead multiple Workday implementations and provide functional leadership on these projects.

The successful candidate will oversee functional area workshops, client confirmation sessions, and act as a sounding board for engagement managers and leads.

This role requires a strong understanding of Workday certification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure cohesive project structures and communications are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional leadership on multiple concurrent Workday implementations
  • Oversee functional area architect workshops and client confirmation sessions
  • Act as a sounding board and provide ad-hoc advice for engagement managers and leads
  • Ensure cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross-functional delivery

Requirements:

  • Current Workday certification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Certified in at least two subspecialties in addition to their area
  • Completed 3 full lifecycle Workday implementations
  • Led at least 2 Workday implementations
