About This Opportunity:

- You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in supporting people with disabilities.
- A relevant qualification is essential, as well as ongoing training and participation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support participants to meet their individual goals and develop skills to encourage independence and healthy relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers.
- Contribute to the development of programs and services that promote empowerment for people with disabilities.
