We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Development Professional to join our organisation. This is an opportunity to work with a company that promotes authenticity, purposefulness, responsibility and understanding, with a mission to empower the vulnerable and people living with disability.

FlexiHome Care provides a wide range of in-home and community care support services to disabled people of all ages. We provide flexible disability support services that are centred on the client's needs and wants.

The primary objective of the Marketing Development Professional will be to engage new clients and network with different stakeholders to drive business growth. This role will be actively involved in connecting the organisation to new clients and finding opportunities to generate new leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers for events, including building and maintaining these relationships
  • Develop and implement strategies to build the Company's social media presence via various marketing platforms, designing and posting engaging content
  • Tailor content to appeal to target demographics
  • Maintain the monthly social media calendar and staff newsletter
  • Plan, organise and attend marketing events and prepare relevant advertising materials
  • Conduct analysis of events, including engagement, attendance and outcome levels
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities to support the Company in maintaining its competitive edge
  • Meet monthly targets/KPIs
  • Create weekly, monthly and annual reports on marketing insights and progress, and present them to management
  • Develop and sustain relationships with various stakeholders through effective networking strategies
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
  • Previous sales/marketing experience exceeding 12 months
  • Existing knowledge (desired) or willingness to learn about NDIS and the relevant field. Strong passion for mental health and disability.
  • Familiar with Canva, Mail Chimp and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram)
