About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Results-Driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting chance to progress through structured tiers and increase earning potential.

You will be trained on our suite of solutions and tasked with promoting these within existing markets in the APAC region. As key members of our Marketing function, you will engage and qualify prospective and existing customers via telephone, email, and social media to qualify their interest and fit for our solutions and pass qualified prospects to the sales team. You will also conduct revenue-generating tasks, including market analysis and organizational research within existing and prospective customer organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Qualify and develop leads from various scenarios, identifying the best-suited solution for each prospect.">
  • Manage phone calls to ensure all sales calls are answered, respond quickly and professionally to website inquiries, and monitor the inbox for new sales email inquiries.">
  • Demonstrate efficient and clear lead management, maintaining detailed notes and analyses.">
  • Communicate solution knowledge to educate prospects and manage relationships with a wide range of prospect types, covering all of our markets.">
  • Become proficient in using supporting software solutions to manage the pipeline and add value to the prospective experience, including CRM, sales enablement platforms, meeting booking systems, marketing enablement platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.">
  • Align with internal relationships with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a strategic approach.">
  • Support the outbound marketing team in driving customer interaction and attendance through trade shows, webinars, campaigns, online events, or in-person events.">
  • Meet or exceed quarterly/monthly targets contributing to the bonus structure.">
  • Participate in an internal ongoing development program, including sales and marketing sessions, product training, and assessed learning and development tasks (presentations, performance analysis, site visits with field sales, and personal development plans).">
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the real estate sector using material from internal and external sources.">

  • A bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred but not essential.">
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">
  • An understanding of how social networking tools can be used in business.">
  • Open to new initiatives and confident in voicing opinions on improvements that can deliver better results.">
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.">
