About the Role

We are seeking an experienced product leader to join our Automation team. The successful candidate will drive the product vision and strategy for how Atlassian Automation can unlock automation use cases at scale.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience building high-quality platform products. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the product vision and strategy for Atlassian Automation
  • Partnering with customers to understand and address their feedback
  • Using data to drive improvements to platform performance and cost
  • Working across the organization to align platform investments with business goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7+ years recent experience in product management building high-quality platform products
  • 3+ years experience working in the B2B SaaS space serving Enterprise customers
  • A track record of defining and executing platform strategies that create business and customer value

You will also need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where topics and tasks are varied, and you have to move quickly and learn fast.
