Job Role: Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with Sales & Product leaders to provide financial and commercial support.
  • Manage monthly close and forecasting for revenue and related costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, focusing on month-end close efficiency.
  • Analyze revenue performance and its financial impact, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the Finance function, enhancing overall productivity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner, supporting P&L management with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with expertise in Excel.
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes, particularly regarding forecasting and month-end close.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
