We have an opportunity for a proactive Retail Manager to join our highly regarded ISPT Retail Property team. In this key role, you will support our Precinct General Manager in the day-to-day operations, administration, and overall management of a portfolio of retail centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Precinct General Manager with the day-to-day management of the shopping centres including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties.
- Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant, and customer-related queries.
- Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring the vendor performance.
- Maintain the lease management and tenancy schedule and assist with general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owners and the tenants.
- Submission of reports on operational excellence, tenant feedback, and key metrics.
- Execute promotional campaigns and events designed for the retail centres.
About You
- Extensive demonstrated experience in retail lease administration, with a passion for the retail property industry.
- Experience within accounts receivable and system lease administration functions of the Retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Being proactive, showing initiative, and having very good attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects independently.
