Performance Marketing Coordinator Role

Deliver creative and campaign excellence for Disney+ Growth Marketing efforts across ANZ. This role requires a strong team player who embodies innovation in Growth Marketing, delivers world-class work and continuously improves and evolves digital marketing processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the stories of iconic brands recognised globally for entertainment, information and inspiration.

The ideal candidate will be organised, an expert multi-tasker and adept at building strong relationships both in-person and remotely.

  • Scope global assets, local campaign and asset development, localisation and delivery of ROI-focused digital campaigns.
  • Manage and update the Growth Marketing digital campaign calendar.
  • Support the local Growth Marketing team, including producing and delivering creative briefs and marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional local team, including Studios, Lifecycle Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Legal and Creative, while liaising with global teams to provide effective coordination and logistics around creative requests.
  • Champion best-in-class brand-aligned campaign creative, staying informed about creative trends and competitor activity.
  • Assist the Senior Growth Marketing Manager in monitoring campaign performance across programmatic channels and provide input on campaign optimisations and new opportunities.
  • Use data and reports to guide evidence-based decisions, supported by best-practice and latest technology.
  • Ensure positive and effective working relationships with all local and global team members, accepting individual responsibility for assigned deliverables and upholding high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • Coordinate SAP-related aspects, including generating POs and effective invoice and payment processing.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
