We are seeking a confident and professional Team Leader to excel in our Gaming operations.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily activities of our Gaming team, ensuring seamless delivery of all services. They will also monitor and evaluate team performance, acting as a key point of escalation for high-level customer inquiries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work effectively with minimal supervision, and excels in their current role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership qualities, sound knowledge of Gaming operations, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A valid RSA competency card
  • Minimum 6 months' experience within the business
  • Previous experience in Gaming
  • Proven ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead, communicate, and supervise a team
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including days, afternoons, weekends, and overnight shifts
  • Good work history (conduct, on-the-job work performance, attendance, and punctuality)
