We're seeking a Gaming Manager to oversee our gaming room and ensure it remains a friendly, welcoming environment for our patrons.

The Royal Oak Hotel is a North Adelaide icon and one of the area's oldest hotels. It is a popular spot for drinks, food, and good company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build rapport with regular patrons and make them feel at home
  2. Collaborate with the Publican to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operations of the gaming room
  3. Share your gaming expertise and lead your team to excellence
  4. Maintain a positive atmosphere, deliver excellent service, and greet guests with a friendly smile

About You:

  1. Experienced in gaming operations, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
  2. Inspired by great managers and ready to advance your career
  3. Confident, personable, and capable of representing the gaming room professionally
  4. Knowledgeable about compliance and safe gaming practices
  5. Hold current RSA and RSG / RCG certifications as required by the state
