Job Title:

Gaming Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our gaming team as a leader.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations across bars and gaming, ensuring excellent customer service and employee training and development.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  2. Demonstrating our culture values of Surprise and Delight, Team Player, and Can-do Attitude
  3. Training and coaching staff, with performance feedback
  4. Overseeing daily operations, including accurate shift and incident reporting
  5. Ensuring compliance and procedures are completed properly, including clearance procedures
  6. Managing call times on the floor, identifying escalations and managing appropriately
  7. Creating an environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
  8. Demonstrated leadership experience or potential in the hospitality industry
  9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  10. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  11. Ability to manage competing priorities and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment
  12. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  13. Valid NSW Competency Card
  14. A flexible approach to a varied roster, across days, nights, and weekends
  15. Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
