About the Role

We're currently looking for a Part-Time 3IC to join our Melbourne Central store. Our team are passionate about delivering an exceptional brand experience to our community whilst making genuine connections with their team and customers.

As a Part-Time 3IC, you will be responsible for supporting the broader retail leadership teams in creating an engaging in-store experience that touches all aspects of customer service, merchandising and the daily operations of our 60+ strong store network.

You will be a key player in driving sales and exceeding our KPIs, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
