Job Description


A valued team member in our retail sales department, you will be empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals. As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and grow within our company.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in our store.
  • Process various sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Encourage customers to participate in our loyalty programs and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to our safety standards.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:



  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with adherence to attendance policy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and safely climb ladders.
  • Physical ability to operate a forklift, if certified.

Compensation and Benefits:


We offer competitive hourly pay, starting at $16.25 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
