We are establishing a recruitment pool for lead school psychologists to fill short-term vacancies in Western Australia public schools.
This is an open-ended recruitment pool, and applications can be submitted throughout its term. As a lead school psychologist, you will provide professional support and learning for all school psychologists, ensuring their practice meets the Department's and Psychology Board of Australia's standards.
You will work closely with the Director of Education, providing leadership and guidance on complex issues and situations, including incident management. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of programs, interventions, and evaluations at various levels.
Appointments from this pool may involve immediate commencement, so you must be currently residing in Australia.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a General registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, evidence of eligibility to work in Australia, and identification documents (e.g., citizenship papers or Australian work visa). Additionally, you should have an up-to-date resume and contact details for two professional referees.
