Job Opportunity

We offer a unique chance to work with a dynamic research team dedicated to reducing illicit drug-related harms in the Victorian community.

This role involves working collaboratively with individuals exposed to illicit substances and collaborating with researchers studying acute illicit substance presentations across Victorian Hospital Emergency Departments.

  • Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing care and advice to vulnerable communities
    • Working closely with the VPIC team to provide specialist advice on poisons and poisoning exposures
    • Collaborating with a dynamic team of researchers to interpret illicit substance intelligence and create interventions to limit or reduce associated harm

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commitment to excellence in providing care and advice to vulnerable communities
