About the Role

Lead residential design projects with a creative edge and contribute to a team delivering over 160 architectural drawings per year.

This opportunity involves leading client-facing sketch and planning design phases, collaborating with offshore teams, and working on a diverse project portfolio – from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects.

  • Engage in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House (Passivhaus) principles – full training provided.

The ideal candidate will have strong residential design experience, be confident in client meetings and concept presentations, and comfortable with basic drafting and coordination with offshore teams. Key Responsibilities
  • 70% Design | 30% Drafting (all sketch applications handled in-house)
  • Strong client and planning authority liaison
  • Residential builds at 8–9+ star NatHERS rating
  • Training towards 9–10 star and Passivhaus standards provided
