Secondary Education Specialist

The role of this position involves contributing to the development and delivery of Initial Teacher Education units at undergraduate and graduate levels. The successful candidate will also contribute to the Institute's research program and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching and assessment of students in a Secondary Teacher Education context;
- Development, teaching, and moderation of units in Secondary Teacher Education at undergraduate and graduate levels;
- Engagement in research or scholarship activities related to learning and teaching;
- Contribution to administrative tasks.
This is an opportunity to be an integral member of our team, working alongside academic and administrative staff to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Institute within the framework of the University.
Requirements:- Experience in lecturing and tutoring in the area of Education;
- Capacity to teach a range of subjects including English, Humanities/History, Business Studies, STEM Education, Learning, Teaching and Assessment, and Professional Experience;
- Evidence of ability to work collaboratively with colleagues;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
