Experience in teaching Psychology would be an advantage and highly regarded.This position has responsibility for the planning, organisation, implementation, and delivery of quality instructional programs within a secondary learning environment and will also have responsibility for a designated Care Group.
The successful applicant will be a qualified and experienced Science teacher.We envision an experienced teacher with a proven record in education, a true passion for the Sciences, committed to excellence in Christian co-education, and an understanding of Restorative Practices, and the principles of Lutheran education to join our team.Click here to view the Position DescriptionAbout youYou are highly organised, have excellent communications skills and have an ability to build strong relationships with a collaborative approach to your teaching.You will be a high performing and motivated Lutheran educator, who engages effectively with students, staff, parents and the wider Endeavour College community.You will have the following mandatory requirements:Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)Current SA Teacher RegistrationCurrent Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect Certificate.
RRHAN-ECCurrent Applied First Aid – in an Education environmentAppropriate qualifications and experience teaching Science (Stage 1 & 2), with experience in Biology well regardedMotivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education.Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environmentAbility and desire to actively support the values and ethos of a Christian school.All teaching staff are expected to continually engage in professional learning and development to improve teaching knowledge and practices.
