The Assistant Store Manager role at our store is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of dedicated sales professionals and drive sales and performance indicators. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of the store, motivating your team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
  • Motivating your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs & added value targets across stores
  • Closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets
  • Effectively managing wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards
  • Couching and mentoring your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development
  • Ensuring efficient Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management and adhering to state and national OH&S legislation
